General Vendor Information
Below is a summary of the key information for vendors participating in the Stratham Fair. Details of all the exact requirements for vendor participation can be found in the 6 page Vendor Application, which can be downloaded from the link at bottom of page.
Vendor Space Costs
General vendor space costs are $20/linear ft, 10 ft minimum, with space increases in 10 ft increments. Corner spots are an additional $5/linear ft
Premium vendor space costs are $30/linear ft, 10 ft minimum, with space increases in 10 ft increments. Corner spots are an additional $5/linear ft.
20 amp electrical supplied with rental, additional electric is $50 per 20 amp.
All spots are outside. Vendors supply their own tents. Tents may be rented from the Fair for an additional $50 per 10×10 tent
Water hook up (cold, non-potable only) can be provided in a limited number of spots for an additional $25.
Returning vendors wishing to retain their existing spots must have their applications mailed and paid in full by April 1.
New vendors may mail in applications WITH NO PAYMENT at any time through June 1. Applications will be reviewed and if accepted, vendors will be notified on a first come, first served basis beginning April 1. Once notified, vendors have 30 days to make payment in full. Specific vendor spots will be assigned when payment is made.
Any spots remaining after June 1 will be filled on an rolling basis at the discretion of the Fair Directors.
