ENTRANCE SPONSOR — $1,000.00
Will sponsor the entrance gates for one day of the fair. Promotional items from the sponsor may be distributed to patrons as they enter. Banners at the gates will note the day sponsor. Promotional banner on the fair booklet daily schedule page and on the daily news handout will headline the Entrance Sponsor.
EVENT AREA SPONSOR — $3,000.00
Will sponsor a specific event area such as the Front Porch Stage, Woodcutting, Dining Tent area, Old Fashion Games, 4H area, Petting Zoo area. Signs and company logos if provided will announce the sponsor in this area. Information booth announcements will note the sponsor when activities in the area are announced. Sponsors will be identified on printed promotional material for the event.
ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR— $5,000.00
A maximum of 6 entertainment sponsors or $30,000 of sponsorship for the nationally known headline entertainment featured on the Main Stage Saturday and Sunday evenings. Promotional banner on the Main Stage will announce the sponsors. Sponsor will be identified on printed and radio media announcing the entertainment. Sponsors will also be provided with backstage passes to meet the performers.
EVENT SPONSOR — $1,500.00-$6,000
Will sponsor a specific event at the fair. These include various 4H shows, the pig scramble, horse pull, oxen pull and fireworks display. Promotional signs or banner will be placed during the event and announcements during the event will note the sponsor.
MISS STRATHAM FAIR SCHOLARSHI SPONSOR — $5,000.00
Will sponsor scholarship awards to the participants in the local qualifier for the Miss NH/Miss America Organization. Promotional banner will be placed on the Main Stage during the pageant. Sponsors will be featured in the Pageant Program Book and on print media promoting the event. Sponsors will also be featured on the Stratham Fair page of the Miss NH Program Book during the state pageant in May.
