Open to Rockingham County 4-H members and 4-H members showing at the fair. Must be 8-18 years old as of 1/1/08 and complete both the written and driving parts of the contest, unless weather prevents the driving. There are two divisions in the program: Novice for first time participants and Experienced for previous participants.
